Refurbishment project of a country house on the Veronese hills.

The goal of the project was to create two independents levels for two brothers, providing the same space and functions for both the apartments.

On the south facade, the one enjoying the view over the valley, severals balconies are planned, since the existing building is not equipped with.

The basement floor is dedicated to parking, storage and service spaces.
